I mostly write about my mental health experiences, it’s a lot like a public diary.
I also write about the things I enjoy cooking, the recipes for you all to see. Lifestyle; things I’ve been doing throughout the day/week and soon I’ll be going on a fitness journey because for my size I’m technically overweight and I just generally want to get fit. I’m hoping cooking my own food, eating healthily and exercising is going to improve my mental health so I want to document it so I’m able to look back and prove to myself I CAN DO IT, and you all CAN too!
